Governance Structure of the Baltic Offshore Grid Forum

The Baltic Offshore Grid Forum Board is setting the guiding principles and is responsible for the stakeholder management.  It will also coordinate the timing, location and content of the regular events. The Board exist of max. 10 members. The Board is headed by the BOGF Chair, who is elected every two years by a simple majority of the permanent members of the Board. The Members of the Baltic Offshore Grid Forum will elect the Board.
